Serra Invitational Field Tournament (SIFT)
The Invitational Field Tournament that we host on our home field at Serra is our biggest fundraiser of the year! This 2018 is our second year hosting the tournament where bands from all over southern California come to compete for trophies. We need a lot of volunteers to to make this tournament as, or even more, successful as it was last year. More information to come on how you can volunteer.
The Golden Regiment's annual Holiday Gift Wrap fundraiser is our second largest earning fundraiser of the year! We wrap gifts for donations at The Murphy Canyon Wal-Mart on Aero Drive. Please consider volunteering a couple hours at this FUN & FESTIVE event to support The Golden Regiment! More information will be available before December.
Dinner and a Show
The band performs the field show for parents and guests followed by hot dog dinner.
Oktoberfest and Patriot's Day
The band often has a game booth at the Tierrasanta Oktoberfest using donated candy as prizes. Thank you to all who donated candy and worked the booth. It was a good success especially considering the unusual heat wave. An especially big thank you to Doug Rouza and his family for making this happen.
See’s Candy and other Product Sales
The band sells See’s Candy in December before the holidays. Keep us in mind for your holiday candy needs. Other product sales may include butter braids, Dave and Busters cards, Krispy Kreme cards. See the Home Page for current fundraisers.

Our public schools are struggling to maintain academic as well as extracurricular activities and we are proud that Junipero Serra High School in Tierrasanta has been able to provide this experience for our students and community. The lion's share of funding for this program comes from parent/guardian/community cash donations and fundraising events. The estimated 2018-2019 fundraising goal for this program is approximately $30,000; this translates to approximately $250 per student, about $25 per student per month per academic year. We need your support to reach our funding goals. Your donation of ANY amount now and/or throughout the year is urgently needed and is greatly appreciated. It’s easy to set up an automatic monthly donation in your on-line banking center payable to Serra Music Boosters Club.
